you make my heart beat fast.

ahhhh. i'm so shagged.
went for club training yesterday, and we had fitness.
YES. fitness with the senior team.
did suicides. it really was a suicide. heh.
after each; did push-ups, dips, squats etc etc etc.
3 sets! wahhlau. SUPER to the MAX tired.
only manage to do 1 1/2 sets. haha.

then, back to Andrew for further training.
did 2 men rucks, ankle, decks and lots more.
[and Derelyn's dog is soooooo CUTE!]

today, Napfa.
and the tiredness is still there, mind you.
2.4km first. new route.
i think it's much faster compared to the usual 6 rounds of the track.
ran all the way, with nad.
not sure about my timing though but i think i pass.
5 items was a breeze. (CEYY. hahhaa.)

later going for the guys game to support them. ITE vs NP. can't wait! GO ITE GO!!
