Germany won the 3rd place.
on the sunday morning i didnt watch the match cause it is the loser's match. anyways they will still be losers. so my sister watch it for me. when i woke up, she said that Germany won 3-1 against Portugal. i expected Germany to win cause Portugal, even though there is C. Ronaldo, they are still not so good. too bad Germany did not go to the Finals.
ITALY WON THE WORLD CUP 2006
I was so impressed on their winning. Their goal was superb. France was so PATHETIC. only the first few seconds, and Henry was injured. France score their goal on a penalty shot. Zidane scored for them. Italy's Goal was the nicest. they had a corner kick and one of the players just heading it in. IT WAS PERFECT. but after the half time, Suddenly Zidane HEADBUTT Materazzi from Italy. it was SO unexpected and shocking coming from the France Captain. and at last he got a red card. and he did not get the medal. and the best of all, it was his last game. it was so disappointing and a shame to end your game with a red card.
i just knew that lots of well-known players will not be playing in the next world cup at SOUTH AFRICA. players like Ronaldo, Roberto Carlos, Oliver Khan, David Beckham and lots more. i know that i will be looking forward to the next world cup in 2010.
